Job summary

Lynx EMS is seeking dependable PRN Paramedics to join our team across Ohio. This flexible, as-needed position provides Advanced Life Support (ALS) care during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled transports.

Qualifications

Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols.
Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport.
Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
Lead and support EMT partners.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners.
Follow all company policies and safety standards.
