Job summary

Victorian Post Acute in San Francisco, CA is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house therapy program at 2121 Pine Street. This flexible, per-diem role is ideal for clinicians who value collaboration and meaningful impact.

Starting at $60+ per hour DOE, we welcome new graduates. The OTR will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current California OT license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders and care plans.
• Supervise COTAs in compliance with California regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and rehab professionals to maximize outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning.
• Complete timely documentation including evaluations, notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home programs.
• Coordinate durable medical equipment as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
