Victorian Post Acute is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR) for our in-house therapy program at 2121 Pine Street, San Francisco, CA. Start rate is $60+ per hour DOE, with flexibility to fit around your availability.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders and plans of care.
• Supervise COTAs in compliance with California regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and families to maximize outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and discharge planning.
• Complete timely evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Educate residents and caregivers on adaptive equipment and safety strategies.
