Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients in improving independence with daily activities, mobility, cognition and functional skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans focused on patient goals.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support positive patient outcomes.
