Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Alma, MI team on a flexible PRN schedule. You will provide skilled OT services in post-acute rehabilitation settings, helping patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Work closely with therapists, nursing staff, and physicians to deliver high-quality care. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and competitive hourly compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Michigan OT Assistant license.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in post-acute rehabilitation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients in improving ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to deliver patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and safety strategies.
