Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy team members, and other healthcare professionals to support positive outcomes.
