Job summary

Alana Home Care in Bristol, TN is seeking Direct Support Professionals (In Home Caregivers) to join our team. We have immediate shifts available for both part-time and full-time positions.

As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, personal care, transfer assistance and provide companionship and meal prep with light housekeeping. A valid driver’s license/state ID, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state ID required.
• Second form of ID for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients.
• Smartphone used for time tracking and communication.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting and oral hygiene.
• Offer transfer assistance and mobility support.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
