Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate hospice care in patients' homes and facilities around Garland. This flexible role lets you choose when you work while contributing to quality end-of-life support.

You will report to the care team and use a company tablet to document visits. Ideal candidates hold an active Texas RN license, excel in assessment and communication, and can travel locally with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license is required.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in homes or facilities.
• Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
