Job summary

Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving Mesquite and surrounding areas. This flexible role lets you maintain patient relationships and deliver compassionate end-of-life care in homes or facilities, with a focus on comfort and dignity.

As a PRN RN, you will perform visits, assess conditions, educate families, document care on a tablet, and coordinate with the hospice team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and communication abilities for field care.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently in homes/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in patients' homes or facilities.
• Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate and support patients and their families.
• Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
