ExcelaCare Hospice in Amarillo, TX seeks a Registered Nurse PRN per visit to provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes and in facilities. You will assess needs, implement the Plan of Care, administer medications, and document care in accordance with policy.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, family members, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate treatment. The role requires current RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• Two (2) years RN experience in clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Current valid RN license; CPR certification required; driver's license and auto liability insurance.

Responsabilités

• Deliver hospice/nursing care in patients' homes or facilities.
• Develop and implement Plan of Care with physician orders.
• Document patient status, nursing interventions, and education.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and family to update care plans.
• Participate in on-call rotation and travel locally.
