Job summary

Boone Supported Living, LLC is seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals for flexible PRN coverage in Missouri Columbia area. The role offers a starting wage of $22.00 per hour and requires averaging at least 16 hours per week with availability submitted three weeks in advance.

PRN DSPs cover shifts without guaranteed recurring schedules, and may support different homes or service areas. Eligible employees may receive wage differentials, bonuses, and other incentives while maintaining

Qualifications

• At least six months of professional experience as a Direct Support Professional or in a comparable direct‑care position.
• Ability to average at least 16 working hours per week.
• Ability to submit availability at least three weeks in advance.
• Willingness to work available shifts without a guaranteed recurring schedule.
• Dependable transportation and the ability to report to assigned work locations.
• Ability to complete all required training and employment screenings.
• Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills.
• A dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person‑centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, and household routines.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document them accurately.
• Follow individualized support plans, behavioral plans, and dietary requirements; complete daily notes and other required documentation.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and greater independence.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with individuals, coworkers, managers, and the Scheduling team.
• Follow all attendance, training, professional‑development, and organizational requirements.
