Job summary

TERRAPIN HOUSE INC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - PRN/Per Diem to provide care and support to individuals with autism in a residential setting. This flexible position requires at least one shift per month, offering day, evening, and overnight shifts. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, have strong communication skills, and a desire to work with individuals requiring personal care and behavioral support. Experience in similar roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• NADSP certification preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral needs is a plus.
• Ability to assist with hands-on personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision according to Individual Support Plans.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living including bathing and grooming.
• Implement positive behavior support strategies.
