Qualifications

• Minimum age: 22 years old to drive for the company vans.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and person-centered goals.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
