Focus Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct support to individuals with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities. DSPs help clients develop skills, increase independence, and participate in their communities.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and real-world experience. In addition to up to $500 in sign-on bonuses and mileage reimbursement, the team emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in building skills such as household chores, meal preparation, independence, and community involvement.
• Responsible for direct-care and Activities of Daily Life, including Health & Safety of the individual.
• Help individuals work toward personal goals and reach their full potential.
• Build positive and professional relationships while promoting dignity, respect, and self-determination.
