Job summary

Cathedral Health Care Center in Jasper, IN is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN work in our rehabilitation team. You will support residents to improve independence and daily functioning under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications

• Current COTA certification required.
• Active Indiana COTA license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Provide hands-on interventions to improve mobility and daily activities.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate with the rehab team.
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with standards.
