Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments following standards and facility policies.
• Conduct resident screenings to assess need for intervention.
• Assist OT in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
