Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare invites you to join our team as a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant. You’ll deliver one-on-one therapy in patients’ homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities safely.

Qualifications

• Active Texas COTA license (required).
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an OT.
• Assist patients with ADLs and safety.
• Reinforce therapy plans and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on safety and functional techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
