Job summary

Avera Maryhouse in Pierre, SD is seeking a part-time PRN CNA to provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and documentation, working rotating days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• CNA license required and must be licensed in the state within 120 days.
• Strong communication and ability to work with residents and families.
• Ability to perform activities of daily living assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, personal care to residents in daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and document in the resident's chart.
• Assist nursing staff with routine and non-routine duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and restock supplies.
