Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) must be licensed in the state of practice within 120 days.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct personal care to residents and assists with daily living activities.
• Performs routine duties and supports nursing staff; assists with bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility.
• Monitors vital signs and documents information for the patient plan of care.
• Assists with restocking supplies and maintaining a safe, clean unit.
• Supports families with emotional, educational and spiritual needs.
