MBK Senior Living in California is seeking a PRN Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities in a compassionate, quality-driven environment. The role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth through training and development.

Formación

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans with dignity and respect.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Support resident nutrition during meals and help with mealtimes.
• Maintain safety and privacy, report changes in residents’ condition promptly.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.
