Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation seeks a passionate Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) to service contracted schools and coordinate access to care for student athletes. You will work with Bensalem High School, Truman High School, and Conwell Egan Catholic High School, with a schedule tailored to your availability.

Compensation ranges $40.00-$55.00 per hour, based on experience, and per diem/PRN employment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor of Science in athletic training.
• NATA-BOC certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license where required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement targeted therapeutic programs for injured athletes.
• Administer athletic training techniques before and during games and practices to reduce injury risk.
• Assess effectiveness of rehabilitation techniques and document athlete progress.
• Manage emergency incidents, coordinate EMS and acute care procedures.
• Pursue outreach opportunities and represent NovaCare Rehabilitation at events.
