NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for PRN coverage to support the Norristown School District. The role involves assessing and treating student athletes, designing rehab programs, and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree required.
• NATA-BOC certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Applicable state license required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement specific athletic rehabilitation programs for injured athletes.
• Administer appropriate ATC techniques before and during games/practices to reduce injury risk.
• Evaluate effectiveness of treatments and document patient progress.
• Manage emergencies, coordinate EMS and acute care procedures.
• Promote NovaCare Rehabilitation through outreach events.
