Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must have US work authorization.
• Need a professional attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in personalized lesson plans is required.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans for each student's needs.
• Ensure safety of students at all times.
• Travel to client pool locations safely.
• Monitor student's progress and adapt lessons as needed.
