Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes or community pools across your area in the United States. You control your schedule and teach private and small group lessons with flexible hours, earning $40-$70 per hour.

Payments are processed within 24 hours after each lesson, and you’re added to our general liability policy. Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or be willing to obtain, and have reliable

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
