Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is seeking trained private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients, with payments typically issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certifications, reliable transport, and US work eligibility. Earn $40-$70 per hour and enjoy quick payouts through PayPal or similar methods.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor student’s progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
