Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Instructors are added to our general liability policy and can choose which clients to work with. Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating tailored lesson plans, and ensuring student safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confident creating personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and progress, adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for clients.
