Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply clients and add you to our liability policy for protection.

You'll conduct private and small group lessons, design personalized plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, effective instruction in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
