Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. Set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply clients and add you to our general liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating customized plans, ensuring safety, and providing engaging, tracked learning experiences for students of all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
