Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule and choose which clients to work with, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

This role offers flexible local travel, safety-focused instruction, and the chance to earn competitive pay while helping swimmers of all ages improve their skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
