InstaSwim LLC is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning payments typically within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will conduct private and small group lessons, travel to local pools, and develop customized lesson plans while ensuring safety and delivering engaging, progress-focused sessions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans for each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to reach goals.
