STXZ Lacrosse offers independent lacrosse coaching opportunities in the Fairfield area. You receive client offers, choose your schedule, and coach at home, local fields, or parks. You set your methods and travel radius, with STXZ handling client acquisition and payments.

Coaches are independent contractors, must be 18+, and may undergo a background check. Expect per-lesson rates and fast payouts; no upfront fees are required.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, or college levels.
• 18 years of age or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to undergo a background check arranged by STXZ.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide to accept or decline.
• Conduct private lacrosse sessions at client locations or agreed venues.
• Communicate with families and submit a lesson briefing after each session.
• Operate as an independent contractor and manage scheduling and payments.
