Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches to provide private lessons in Summit, NJ. You schedule sessions, choose locations, and coach using your own drills and structure. STXZ supplies clients and handles admin tasks.

You earn $35–$50 per one-hour session, paid as a flat rate, with payout within 24–48 hours after submitting a lesson briefing. You are responsible for taxes as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team.
• Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take it.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of accepting.
• Set schedule and location with the client.
• Run the session with your drills and teaching style.
• Submit a lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Get paid after each session.
