Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the O Fallon area to cover private lesson requests. We bring you clients; you run the sessions on your own schedule at the client’s home, a local field, or a park.

As an independent contractor, you review offers within 24 hours, set the session details, and coach with your own drills and structure. You’re paid per completed session, with payouts via PayPal within 24–48 hours after submission.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Your own stick and basic training equipment: cones, balls, training aids.

Responsibilities

• Review offers within 24 hours and set session details with clients.
• Coach sessions with drills, pacing, and structure of your choice.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Manage scheduling and travel territory independently as an STXZ contractor.
