STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Freeport area of Florida. STXZ connects families with coaches, bringing clients to you while you manage the sessions on your schedule.

You control location, drills, and session structure; payment is issued after each completed lesson, with 1099-NEC at year end if earnings exceed $2,000. No upfront fees and no guaranteed minimums.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, college or professional level.
• Independent contractor status with STXZ platform.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Strong communication with families, players and the STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions as scheduled with clients.
• Review and follow agreed-upon lesson plans and drills.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
