STXZ Lacrosse offers independent lacrosse coaching opportunities in Fairfield, CT. We provide clients and handle admin; you run sessions on your own schedule. You’ll coach at client homes, fields, or parks and get paid per completed session.

Sessions typically occur weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. You control your methods, territory, and approach, with no guaranteed minimums.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Your own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ team.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to take them.
• Coordinate schedule and location with clients.
• Run the session at the client’s chosen venue.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after the session.
• Get paid per completed session.
