Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in Morristown, New Jersey to fulfill private lesson requests. You provide coaching sessions on your own schedule; STXZ handles client acquisition and billing.

You review offers, set schedule and location, coach with your methods, and submit a brief after each session. Earnings range $35-$50 per hour, paid after each lesson, with PayPal and 1099-NEC if earned $2,000.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level, or playing experience at these levels.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and decide whether to accept them.
• Schedule sessions and agree on location (home, local field, park, etc.).
• Coach sessions using your drills, pacing, and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson recap after each session.
• Get paid per completed session and manage your own calendar.
