Job summary

Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Podiatrist to provide compassionate care in long-term care and senior living communities. Join a motivated team focused on excellence and patient impact.

You will assess and treat foot and lower limb conditions, emphasizing diabetic foot management, with flexible scheduling and a revenue-sharing compensation model. Requires DPM and active licensure; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPM degree required and active state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in long-term care or nursing homes preferred.
• BLS is required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to thrive in independent, fast-paced settings.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care in long-term and senior care facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions.
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on foot health and mobility.
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes.
• Document encounters in NextGen EMR on company-issued iPad.
