Preferred Podiatry Group is seeking a Podiatrist to provide compassionate care in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living communities. The role offers flexible scheduling as a part-time (1099) position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, diagnosing podiatric conditions, delivering preventive care for diabetic foot issues, and coordinating with facility staff.

Formación

• Experience in long-term care/nursing home settings.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, independent settings.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs. as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
• Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
• Deliver preventive care for high-risk patients, including diabetic foot management
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and foot health
• Collaborate with facility staff for patient-centered outcomes
• Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top-tier care
• Document clinical encounters in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad
