Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans from referring physician.
• Treat patients per physician plan and document progress.
• Supervise PT assistants and train staff as needed.
• Maintain documentation in medical records and communicate with families and health team.
