• Strong documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral.
• Develop and obtain approval for treatment plans; treat patients.
• Supervise PT assistants and coordinate with the team.
• Participate in discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain accurate daily and weekly progress notes.
