This PRN, flexible role offers varied case mix and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate holds an accredited PT degree, IL licensure, and BLS certification or completion within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
• Graduate from an accredited PT program meeting licensure requirements is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients, families, and team members on therapy plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care delivery and program development.
