Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in the state.
• DPT coursework completion within 6 months of hire.
• Commitment to top quality patient care.
• Eagerness to develop skills and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals.
• Evaluate physical and functional status to determine patient capabilities.
• Document evaluations and coordination of care per facility policies.
• Independently manage own caseload to maximize care effectiveness.
• Comply with Federal, State and local laws and facility policies.
• Support special projects aligned with TAI's mission and values.
• Take on additional responsibilities as directed by leadership.
