Qualifications

License to practice as a Physical Therapist is required or nearing completion within 6 months.
Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.
Willingness to develop skills and support fellow clinicians.

Responsibilities

Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatments and goals.
Evaluate physical and functional status to determine safe capabilities.
Document evaluations, treatments, and care coordination per policy.
Manage own caseload to optimize overall care.
Comply with applicable laws and facility policies.
Support special projects and organizational initiatives.
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
