Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant to empower clients with strength and independence. The role covers independent living, assisted living, geriatrics, and outpatient settings, with flexible hours and clinical autonomy.

You will provide 1:1 patient care, document progress, and work with a supportive leadership team to deliver personalized rehabilitation. New grads encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PTA training program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant certification in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Two-step TB skin test required prior to assignment.
• Proof of Auto Insurance may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment interventions.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve strength, mobility and function.
• Provide training to individuals and others involved in rehabilitation and document results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Support treatment plans by reporting status changes to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
