Qualifications

• MS in Physical Therapy or BS in Physical Therapy with five years' direct practice.
• Current state license/certification.
• Prefers membership in the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Experience in rehabilitation and supervision is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review patient information and assess impact on treatment.
• Perform functional assessments using standardized procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress at least every 7 days.
• Instruct and supervise assistants during treatments.
• Coordinate with nursing and families to maximize functional abilities.
• Promote program services to the community.
