Job summary

BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy across a diverse client base in Massachusetts. This per-diem role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to help clients regain communication and swallowing safety in the comfort of their homes.

The successful candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with an active MA license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Massachusetts license as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• 1+ years of home health experience preferred.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home speech and language therapy to clients of all ages.
• Create personalized care plans based on evaluations.
• Treat speech, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Document progress in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate families on exercises and strategies for success.
