OneWell Health Care is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized therapy for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in home and community-based settings in Pennsylvania. This per-diem, part-time role offers flexible schedules and field-based work in Shohola Township, PA.

You will assess communication and swallowing needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with families and professionals to improve communication,

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current and valid SLP license in the state of practice (PA).
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Strong clinical, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to home/community settings.

Responsabilidades

• Assess speech, language, cognitive-communication, AAC, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy including feeding and dysphagia.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on communication strategies and AAC use.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Participate in required meetings and trainings.
