New Patterns ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to support children across home, school, and community settings under supervision of a BCBA. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure consistent progress.

RBT certification preferred but not required.
Experience with individuals on the autism spectrum or developmental differences.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized ABA therapy to clients based on established treatment plans.
Follow and implement behavior and skill-building programs designed by a BCBA.
Collect and maintain accurate data to monitor client progress.
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to support each client’s success.
