Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities in Community, VA, and surrounding areas.

As a Behavior Technician, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home, school, or community settings, building communication and daily living skills while collecting data and coordinating with clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Active RBT certification preferred OR willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow clinical direction and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Collect accurate and timely behavioral data during sessions.
• Communicate client progress with supervising clinicians.
