Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider in Virginia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one therapy in home and community settings, collaborating with caregivers and the clinical team. The ideal candidate will have prior ABA field experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
• Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience.
• RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
• Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
